JustGrab Live Challenge


JustGrab was Grab’s new fixed fare solution. We were tasked to launch it. We knew we had a winning product on our hands. With its lower prices and speed assurance, JustGrab would sell itself. So instead of creating a typical ad campaign, we let real-time comparative data do the talking!

For the first time in Grab’s history, we released live data – pitting JustGrab’s upfront fixed fares versus metered fares in real time. 24/7, on-ground, online, on everything. And to make people pay attention, we raised the stakes – 10,000 free rides for Singaporeans if JustGrab fares prove more expensive.
