Scoot stepped up to defend their need to travel and demonstrate once and for all that it’s not their fault.This was the pitch-winning idea that won us the Scoot account and set the tone for the brand moving forward. The world is obsessed with #wanderlust but what if we told them travel is something more? More than a desire, more than a want, more than a lust. It’s a must. An innate need hardwired into some of us. Partnering Professor Richard Ebstein, a world-renowned expert in human genetics and neuroscience from the National University of Singapore, Scoot invited travellers to prove that travel was in their blood. In fact, we rate yellow so much that we turned it into a currency – that people could use to pay for flights.&nbsp;Introducing the world's first Yellow Converter. The more yellow people brought us, the more flight discounts they got. Nearly 6,000 people (and many bananas, pineapples, rubber duckies, and Pikachus) showed up! There is an expectation on them to keep fit because of compulsory National Service.Women, on the other hand, do not have to take the IPPT. In fact, fewer women meet their weekly targets for recommended physical activity and keep fit than men. As the Life Company, we wanted to change that. It's why we organised Singapore's first ever nationwide all-women IPPT to help women gauge their fitness level and start planning for their health in the long run. Almost 600 women took part, allowing us to enter the Singapore Book of Records!
